WHERE WE SHIP FROM
All Tempus Sideris orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Italy.

• European Union: There are no customs duties or import taxes to pay upon delivery. The price you see is final.
• Rest of the World (USA, UK, Switzerland, Canada, etc.): VAT, import duties, and local taxes are not included in the price and must be paid to the courier upon delivery.

CARRIER AND TRACKING
We entrust our shipments to premium partners like DHL and FedEx for maximum reliability and speed.
As soon as your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive an email with a Tracking Number to follow your package every step of the way.

SHIPPING COSTS

• Orders over € 200.00: Shipping is FREE Worldwide.
• Orders under € 200.00: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with the product, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
